¸         Since the plans are symmetric , Upload speed will be same as download speed. Both Upload and download will be accounted in calculating FUP.

¸     Customers subscribing to plans with speed > 100 Mbpswill be provided with ONT with GE LAN port .

FTH-1800 is closed for new booking and existing customers of FTH-1800 will continue and revised tariff will be applicable.

Migration of existing no. on Copper Landline (in Voice Plan -100 with separate FTTH no.) to FTTH connection is allowed as post connection activity with one time charge of Rs 500/- only in MTNL Delhi w.e.f. 09-05-2023.

Retention of Telephone number under Plan 100 (with rental of Rs. 100/- per month)

All the existing MTNL subscribers having any landline / BB /Combo plans working on copper pair are allowed to opt any of the existing MTNL FTTH BB plan through MTNL's own network or through FTTx partner's network. Retention of the existing number under plan 100 (details given below) is also allowed for such customers.

Provision of free FTTH Service Connection to the RWA of Societies
Provision of free FTTH Service Connection to the RWA of Societies permitting installation and offering free space for MTNL's FTTH Network
One free FTTH service connection to the RWA of societies permitting installation and offering free space for MTNL's FTTH Network as under:-

(i)In anticipation of acquiring minimum 10 potential FTTH customers in a society,RWAs may be offered one free FTTH service connection in lieu of offering free space NOC for laying of Fibre cable and installation of MTNL's FTTH Network in their society as under:

(a)One free Broadband connection on FTTH under FTH-1200 plan (worth Rs, 1200/- per month).

(b)One rent free phone on above FTTH BB connection(optional if required by RWA) under plan voice -100 (worth Rs. 100- per month)". However extra calls beyond prescribed limit as per Plan shall be chargeable.

(ii)There will not be any security of ONT/Modem/Registration/Installation charges on above free connection.
Free FTTH Service connection to the RWA of the societies may be provided at the beginning itself and the condition of minimum 10 connections be met within 6 months thereof.

Terms and Conditions:-
1. The maximum safe custody period will be of six months.

2. The charges will be paid in adavnce. The charges are Non-refundable and Non-adjustable.

3. Customer will be charged above rates per month from the time of intimation of safe custody to the time of termination of safe custody.

4. Revenue share shall be paid to the partners for safe custody charges as appicable.

5. ONT/Modem/CPE/Accessories supplied by the MTNL/Partners (i.e. not customer owned) shall be recovered from the customer for keeping the same under safe custody

6. IN FTTH, only voice under safe custody is not allowed.

7. After expiry of six months of safe custody period - The indicator should be made spare and full insdtallation charge would be charged at the time of restoration as applicable.

The provisioning of WiFi access point as VAS /Add-on facility over MTNL's FTTH connections on additional monthly service charges is allowed with terms and conditions as detailed below:-

Provision of upto 02 indoor APs over FTTH connection.

In FAT mode configuration at a monthly service charges =Rs.1500/- per month + GST

Monthly service charges for additional indoor AP=Rs. 1000/- per AP per month + GST

Indoor APs will be directly connected from ONT. (No. switch is to be provided).

Approx. 40 meter length per AP considered as these will be provided within shops/offices over FTTH connection.

Under the plan no additional switch is to be provided at the subscriber premises.

The charges will be in addition to the FTTH plan charges.
