Salient Features There is no need to obtain the duplicate copy of the bill. It saves considerable time and labour. The payment gets accounted then and there. There is no need to show proof of payment to anybody. In view of quick updation, restoration of telephone if disconnected is also simple. Procedure Obtain outstanding information by dialing the toll free number 1600110XYZ where XYZ denotes the first three digits of the telephone number against which the information is sought. Customers can also obtain this information from the hotline available at the Area Counter. Fill up the Pay-in-slip available at the Bill payment Counters. Present the filled up Pay-in-slip along with Cash/Cheque/DD drawn in favour of MTNL at the special counter available for this. Proper receipt is given to you while the payment is updated then and there. Contact the nearest Area Customer Service Centre for details. Cheque/Cash Collection Counters : More duplicate bill counters and cheque collection counters have been opened. At present MTNL operates 9 cash/cheque collection centres at all Area GM Offices and 234 cheque-only collection centres. Procedure

Obtain outstanding information by dialing the toll free number 1600110XYZ
where XYZ denotes the first three digits of the telephone number against which the information is sought.

Collect ECS Mandate Form from any Sanchar Haat or download from www.delhi.mtnl.net.in and get it verified from your Banker and send it to AO(ECS) Room No. 325 Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi-50. 2.Payment through K.M.K. Now to be free from the hassles of bill payment, you no longer need to carry cash or wait in long queues to pay your phone bills. You can now pay your telephone bills at Selected MTNL offices and selected Indian Oil Petrol Pumps using Credit Cards (MasterCard). OTHER BILL PAYMENT FACILITIES: Payment through CITIBANK Credit Card: MTNL Subscribers who are Citibank card holders can make payment through their credit card. Just dial 23712484 at least a week before the 'pay by date'. Give Citibank card number, your telephone number and payment date. The amount will be debited to your card. Voluntary deposit scheme: A unique scheme by which subscribers can make advance deposits in MTNLs revolving account and avoid the need to keep watch on timely payment of bill and also earn 5.50% p.a. interest. Electronic Clearance Scheme: Automatic payment of telephone bills through subscriber's bank account at no extra charge.
