5. Telephone bills will be send for information only. 
Fill up a mandate form duly verified by your bankers along with a copy of bill & a cancelled cheques leaf. Collect ECS Mandate Form from any Sanchar Haat or download from www.delhi.mtnl.net.in and get it verified from your Banker and send it to AO(ECS) Room No. 325 Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi-50. 

2. Payment through K.M.K.

Payment Through Internet log http://www.payment.mtnl.net.in and earn 1% discount per Bill upto the maximum of Rs.250/-. 

3. UTI-ATM Card. 

Subscribers can make payment of telephone bills through UTI-ATM CARD in all the UTI-ATM. 

4. Payment through ICICI Payment Gateway. 

Subscribers can make the payment of telephone bills through Credit Cards/Master Card/Visa Cards through this scheme. 

5.Payment through Bill Desk. 

Subscribers can make the payment of telephone bills through SI and Internet. 

6.Payment through Bill Junction. 

Subscribers can make the payment of telephone bills through SI and Internet. 

7. Payment through ICICI Bank.

Subscriber can make the payment of telephone bills through Internet.
