Note:-Metered level-1 calls will be metered and non metered level-1 calls will be non metered.

The speed of existing Broadband subscriber connection working in fair usage unlimited Plans and truly unlimited Plans with data download speed of 2 Mbps and 4 Mbps will be upgraded upto 8 Mbps speed wherever area is technically feasible.

If The Customer does not choose from any above Plans, the connection will be automatically converted into nearest existing Plan after giving protection of six months.

Charges for IPV6 IP Pool (/64)

   @ Rs.1100 annually for existing broadband/ Leased line users opting IPV6. A request for IPV6 IP from interested broadband user is to be given to SDE(ADSL)/DE(ADSL) or 1500 through mail. Other terms & conditions will remain the same.

Temporary
The booking of Temporary Connection of Landline, Broadband and FTTH will be limited to Central Government, State Government, Autonomous bodies or PSUs only in MTNL, Delhi for a minimium period of Two months.

-  Date of opening will be counted as day one.-  Activation time will be specified by the customer.

-  Modem will be provided by MTNL in all cases and will be recovered after deactivation of connection.

-  One recoverable telephone instrument will be provided with incoming facility only.-  Customer can make out going call by using VCC cards.

 -Connection will be provided subject to technical feasibility and availability only.

-  VDSL casual connection will be provided up to 1.5 Km loop distance.
