Changing the Authentication Code

The authentication code can be changed from any location by dialing 99 in place of destination number and proceeding therefore as per announcements.

Virtual on Net locations

    • These locations (telephone numbers) are defined by the VPN customers to be a part of their VPN numbering plan. These telephone connection taken by the VPN subscriber specifically for VPN services.

Off net locations

All telephone numbers which do not form part of a particular VPN network are commonly referred to as Off-Net locations for that particular VPN.

Tariff structure for VPN service

1) Minimum period of hire Three months
2) Registration fee (Non-Refundable) Rs. 3,000/-
3) Creation/deletion/addition/modification of every VPN extension number. Rs. 100/-
4)  Monthly rental:
a.   Upto 16 extensions RS. 4000/-
b.   17 to 32 extensions RS. 6500/-
c.   33 to 64 extensions RS. 10500/-
d.  65 to 128 extensions RS. 20,000/-
e.   129 to 256 extensions RS. 33,000/-
f.   257 to 512 extensions RS. 52,000/-
g.   513 to 1024 extensions RS. 80,000/-
h.   above 1024 extensions RS. 1,30,000/-
5)   Security deposit (An undertaking from the customer may be taken) NIL
6)  Feature charges                 
  a.   Basis feature charges (Private numbering plan, closed user group,
on-net calls  to off-net calls, off-net to on-net calls and detailed billing		 NIL
  b.   Charges for charge of feature (per request) Rs. 100/-
7)   Call charges:  
  a.   On-net calls: (i) For intra-circle calls:
                         (ii) For inter-circle calls:
 NIL
Rs. 0.50 per unit
  b.   Off-net calls:   For all other types of calls using the VPN group Rs. 1.10 per unit
8)   Charges for each additional copy of detailed bill RS. 100/-
Note :   These charges will be over and above the normal charges levied for basic telephone service using for the VPN Group Extensions.
