TWO tariff plans (Normal Plan and Jeevansaathi Plan) in Prepaid Handset and Prepaid SIM both to its esteemed subscribers.
Subscriber has two options:-
1) Purchase handset from MTNL (in that case connection will be called as Prepaid Handset) OR,
2) Purchase SIM from MTNL (in that case connection will be called as Prepaid SIM) and insert it in his own handset purchased from open market.

General Terms and conditions for Pre-paid Normal Plan
a)
Bundled Talk Time worth Rs.25, valid for 7 days.
b)
In case where handset is purchased from MTNL then talk time of Rs. 1499/-(on
Local MTNL network) will be given free, valid for one year.
c)In case where SIM is purchased from MTNL then talk time of Rs. 1499/-(on Local
MTNL network) will be given free, valid for one year.
General Terms and conditions for Pre-paid “Jeevan-Saathi”(Life-Time) Plan
The
“Jeevansaathi” (Life-Time) Scheme has been extended
permanently from
02-MAY-2008
a)
The activation charge will be Rs. 100/- +Service Tax
as.
b)
Initial Bundled Talk Time worth Rs 50/- (Activation
Bonus)
(i) Validity: Lifetime
(ii) Minimum recharge value: Rs. 100/- every six months.
c) In
case where handset is purchased from MTNL then talk time
of Rs. 1500/-(on Local MTNL network) will be given
free for one year.
