New  Plans for NetPC

Earlier the NetPC service was provided to only limited nos. of customer with time based BB plans for trial run. Now the service has been commercially launched on 7^th July, 2010 with upgraded Net PC (Nova Navigator) hardware and architect with flexibility to opt any existing broadband plans. Following different plans will be offered.

(A) Regular Plan:

For existing  MTNL broadband  customers the following will be charged:

Monthly tariff for utility computing services                               - Rs. 249/- per month

Installation charges                                                              - Rs. 700/-

Charges for NOVA NAVIGATOR

a. Navigator +KB+ Mouse                                                       - Rs. 4999/-

   b. Navigator +KB+ Mouse + 160 GB HDD                                   - Rs. 7099/-                                                             

Note : If subs is not having MTNL broadband connection, the subs has to book broadband plan  with plan of his choice as per existing tariff and charges.

B. Broadband cum NetPC Plans (Promotional Plans):

Other charges:

1.  Registration, activation and installation charges for broadband                       -    Rs. 150/-

2.  Non-refundable modem security for normal modem                                      -    Rs. 300/-

3. Non-refundable modem security for wi-fi modem                                         -    Rs. 800/-

4. Installation charges for Nova Navigator                                                      -    Rs. 350/-

5. Navigator +KB +Mouse                                                                              -   Rs. 4599/- plus tax  Navigator +KB+ Mouse + 160 GB HDD                                                                        -   Rs. 6699/-

Others :

1.  Broadband cum NetPC plan will be provided to landline customer only.

2.  If a subs do not have the landline connection, he has to get landline connection with suitable landline plan and than apply for broadband / broadband cum NetPC plan. Sub’s has to pay landline rent separately.

3.  Nova Navigator will be supplied, installed and tested by M/s Novatium or by their authorized agencies

4. Cost of the Nova Navigator including accessories will be collected by M/s Novatium or by their authorized agencies against proper receipt.

5.  Buy back Offer:

M/s Novatium Solutions Private Ltd. or its authorized person will buy back the Nova Navigator in good working condition and partly pay back amount.  The Upfront charges will be refunded after deducting the following  amount:-

(i) Within 3 Calendar months – Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only).

(ii) After 3 Calendar months – Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) plus Rs. 200/- per month of use beyond three months.  Example: - Total deduction after5 months will be (200*2) + 1000/- = Rs. 1400/- from upfront charges.

(iii) If the Navigator is found to be damaged / missing accessories(Power adaptor – Rs. 450 + Taxes, Keyboard – Rs. 200 + Taxes, Mouse – Rs. 100 + Taxes), Novatium reserves the right to decide the amount to be refunded by the customer:-

Warranty

Limited two years warranty is available on the Nova Navigator (excluding key board, Mouse and Power adaptor).

6. All Charges related to broadband are separate and will be charged by MTNL including initial charges and monthly charges as per plan.

7.  Monthly service charges for normal modem will be Rs.50/- and for wi-fi modem Rs. 75/- wherever applicable.

8.  M/S Novatium will give 2 GB Pen drive free of cost to every sub’s during promotional period.

9.  Other Terms and conditions are as per regular plan.

10.  Booking will be done at call center 1500 and at Sanchar Haats.

11.  Registration is from 22-7-2010.

12.  Promotional offer is for 90 days w.e.f.  22.07.2010 to 19-10-2010.
