IPTV by M/S Smart Broadband services Pvt. Ltd.

IPTV service by M/s Smart Broadband service Pvt. Ltd (M/S SBSPL) including video on demand services in Delhi as per the tariff details given below:-

1. Registration Charges-------------Rs.200/-
2. Set Top Box charges: -

- Upfront payment for (Set Top Box) ----- Rs. 2000/-
(with free installation up to 20 meter of length and beyond 20 meter customer will be charged extra on actual cost basis.)
- M/s Smart Broadband service Pvt. Ltd will buy back STB with full amount if returned within 30 days due to any reason. The details of buy back offer after 30 days are as under:

STB return within 31 days to 1 year of activation	2/3^rd value of the STB as collected will be returned to the customer
STB return within 1 year to 2 year of activation	1/3^rd value of the STB as collected will be returned to the customer
STB return beyond 2 year of activation	NO refund will be given.

     - Warranty of STB is one year comprehensive on-site from the date of activation.
    - Post warranty period, charges for AMC is Rs.600/- per annum.
    - STB amount & AMC amount will be charged directly by M/S SBSPL.

3. Tariff/ Service charges – TV Channels

- There are 4 different plans, as proposed by M/S SBSPL, for different categories and sections of people. The subscriber has to opt any one of the plan for IPTV service. Details of plans are as under-

4.Tariff / Service charges – Video on Demand / Games service

- Movies – Rs. 30/- to Rs. 45/- per title

- Games – Rs. 50/- per month (10 games)

5. Other -   Shifting charges of Rs.100/- (one hundred) shall be levied on the customer for shifting of IPTV connection similar to the case of landline. The vendor shall provide Cat-V cable with RJF-45 free upto 5 meters and beyond that it is chargeable on actual basis.
               -All above charges are exclusive of taxes
               -   Service will be provided subject to technical feasibility.
              - The service shall be provided to Broadband users, non Broadband users and non Landline customers.
              - New customers will be provided super value pack free of cost for three month.
