Changed Number Announcement Service Using IVRS
Available 24 hours. With this system dial 1951 (for Hindi) or 1952 (for English) for Automatic Changed Number Announcement Service.

STD/ISD Information Service
Dial 182 (Non-metered service) for getting details like code, meter pulse rate and stations of STD/ISD, etc. This is a round-the-clock service.

Local Assistance Service
Just Dial 199 for local assistance.

Trunk Demand Service
Now you can access Trunk Demand Service by dialing code 1567.

ISDN PCO
MTNL has set up ISDN PCO at Multi Media Centre, Eastern Court, Janpath to enable our esteemed customers to avail Video Conferencing facility and high speed data transmission @Rs. 1.31 per unit call.

Internet PCO
The Customers can surf the net at the Internet PCOs located at area Customer Service Centres by paying Rs. 30/- for 15 minutes, Rs. 50/- for 30 minutes, Rs. 90/- for 60 minutes and Rs. 25/- for every 15 minutes there of.

Telephone Billing Assistance
1600110xxx where xxx is the first three digits of the telephone number whose billing information is required .

Voluntary Deposit Scheme(VDS)

Under this scheme the customer may make an advance deposit to MTNL based on his/her average billing and this deposit will be adjusted in the future telephone bills. The deposit made will earn an attractive interest of less than 5% per annum. Bills will continue to be sent to the customers every two months indicating the adjustment and the balance of deposit available.

Procedure
Open an account with us by filling a form (available free) at area CSC and deposit the same with Rs. 1500/- by cheque /cash/DD. Add to your choice multiples balance for adjustment of two monthly bills. For details, please contact the Chief Account Officer (TRA) of your Concerned area.

Electronic Clearing Scheme (ECS)

This scheme offers customers the facility of paying telephone bills through their bank account. Only mandate is required from the customer to MTNL for debiting their bank account. Mandate can be given by applying on the prescribed application form (available free of cost from CSCs) to the Chief Account Officer (BSO) Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi- 110050.
Bi-monthly telephone bills will be continued to be sent to the customer for information and will contain the message that the customer is an ECS customer.
