MTNL offer yet another 'first' in customer convenience to help make your life a little easier.

Now to be free from the hassles of bill payment, you no longer need to carry cash or wait in long queues to pay your phone bills.

You can now pay your telephone bills at Selected MTNL offices and selected Indian Oil Petrol Pumps using Credit Cards (MasterCard).

From now onwards, spend more time talking and less time standing in queues.

Payment through CITIBANK Credit Card:
MTNL Subscribers who are Citibank card holders can make payment through their credit card. Just dial 23712484 at least a week before the 'pay by date'. Give Citibank card number, your telephone number and payment date. The amount will be debited to your card.
Voluntary deposit scheme:
A unique scheme by which subscribers can make advance deposit�s in MTNL�s revolving account and avoid the need to keep watch on timely payment of bill and also earn 5.50% p.a. interest.
Electronic Clearance Scheme:
Automatic payment of telephone bills through subscriber's bank account at no extra charge.
