Procedure for registering not to receive unsolicited calls

However, if you wish to stop receiving such communications from MTNL Delhi aswell as from Telemarketers, please follow the procedure given below.

1.CDMA Customer : i) One has to dial 1909 or 1502 for registering one's request through garuda telephone number and the call center stafff will verify & give the docket number to the customer.

ii)For SMS Message:
For registration start(space)dnd send it to 1909
For cancellation stop(space)dnd send it to 1909

2.GSM Customer : i) One has to dial 1909 or 1503 for registering one's request through dolphin number and the call center stafff will verify & give the docket number to the customer. OR

ii)For SMS Message:
For registration start(space)dnd send it to 1909
For cancellation stop(space)dnd send it to 1909

Procedure for Withdrawal of request :

      Landline, CDMA & GSM customer can cancel his request for unsolicited commercial communication after expiry of 3 months of registering his request, the procedure of cancellation is same for registering his request, which is explained above.

Procedure for Booking a Complaint :

      Customer who has registered in NDNC can book a complaint upon receiving a commercial communication in writing to Nodal Officers .
