  Whether post paid plan of broadband be changed to prepaid plan?

Ans – No, Presently Not allowed.  

  What if I don’t have MTNL landline connection ?  

Ans – Yes, prepaid connection can be booked. Telephone connection will be provided with incoming facility only. However you make O/G call by using VCC. For detail visit http://delhi.mtnl.net.in/services/vcc.htm  

  If I have already MTNL landline connection, can I book prepaid bb connection ?

Ans – Yes  

  Where prepaid broadband can be booked?  

Ans - Prepaid broadband can be booked at Sanchar Haat ,at 1500/22221500 and through Distributors/DSA.  

  Can I check/ test  my broadband before buying any coupon? After installation.  

Ans – Yes, customers are given 50 MB data down load complimentary balance which are valid for 7 days for testing broadband. Customer has to be recharges his account within 7 days.

  Where the prepaid broadband coupon are available and of which denomination?  

Ans – Prepaid broadband coupon are available in all Sanchar Haat of Delhi . To see the list access   http://mtnldelhi.in/customer/telemartlist2003.htm

Whether any monthly rental will be charged for normal/Wi-Fi modem?  

Ans –No rental will be charged for the modem . However one time non refundable  modem security will be taken while booking as per the commercial instruction applicable.  

  How can I recharge my broadband account?  

Ans – Customer can  recharge his  broadband account by following procedures-

(a) First open http://register.mtnldelhi.in

(b).Login with username and password(default username= telephone number, default password=CA number )  .

(c)There is a link for Renew account click on that

(d) Enter the 16 digit serial no. and pin no. as printed on Coupons (Pin Number shall be displayed after carefully scratching the same)

(e) Click on preview.

(f) A confirmation message will display the balance & validity as applicable.

  Can I change my prepaid broadband plan, if Yes , How?

Ans – Yes , prepaid broadband plan can be changed simply by recharging the account with appropriate prepaid coupon.

  What happens if I do not recharge my account within 7 days of grace period?

Ans -  If customer does not recharge during grace period , amount/usages will be forfeited and connection will be suspended till customer recharges his account.

    What happen if I do not recharge my account before expiry of validity period.

Ans – After the expiry of validity period the connection will be suspended till customer recharge his/her account.The recharge date will be counted as day 1 for validity period.

  What happens if I do not recharge my account for 30 days after expiry of validity period?

Ans – His account will be put under permanent suspension. If customer wants to recharge his account after permanent suspension Rs.100/- will be charged as activation fee through reconnection voucher.  

  What happens if I do not recharge my account for 60 days after expiry of validity period?

Ans – His account will be permanently closed.
