a.
Charging of E-Mail services from the date
of creation of E-Mail Accounts in billing system through Virtual Numbers Series
(3001xxxx).
b.
Taking Payments of E-Mail services from customers through URL register.bol.net.in
c.
Creation of appropriate E-Mail packages
(E-Mail tariffs for Premium, Business and Enterprise Plans) in BB Billing
System.
d.
Package Creation for additional features of
E-Mail Service (eg. Additional Storage , Bulk E-Mails plans etc ) in BB Billing System
e.
Creation of appropriate E-Mail packages in
BB Billing System for Hosted E-Mail Services.
f.
Manually verifying the customers in case
customer does not receive OTP through EKYC web page (Due to limitations of
Sending SMS to few other Mobile operators).
g.
Inactivation of 8170 e-mails ids of
customers who have not verified their Mobile Number after repeated e-mails and
end of notice periods in interest of service.
Other terms and conditions will remain the
same.
The scheme will be implemented w.e.f.
16.08.2019
